TfT was born as an extension of an association (BWMF) created to offer competitive experiences to young people at different sporting levels. Specializing in water polo, BWMF has become a prestigious international brand, organizing renowned grassroots tournaments and other related activities. As a non-professional association, the founding members are unable to meet the demands of certain sectors of the national water polo community. Hence the need to create a professional company that maintains the spirit and philosophy of BWMF.

TfT (TIT FOR TAT) is a sports company that will support athletes and organizations that need help achieving some of their sporting goals. TfT aims to provide all athletes who desire competitive or training experiences that are different from their usual ones. We could list the values ​​that everyone assumes they should receive when requesting services from any company or supplier. When we started from scratch in the BWMF association, no one knew us. After 10 years since its founding, we have managed to demonstrate the values ​​that everyone is supposed to want to receive. Listing them is unnecessary. Demonstrating them day after day and maintaining the values ​​and philosophy with the creation of the new company will be our number one goal.

TOURNAMENT ORGANIZATION

Thanks to the experience of the BWMF founders and representatives of the Technical Committee, the association can advise a water polo club or section on how to organize its grassroots sports structure in order to optimize the organization's own resources.
